The brief international menu changes often, although you can---and should--try the signature fried sage leaves. Follow with the Penn Cove mussels and Manila clams, or perhaps the beef and pork tenderloin satays with a piquant spicy peanut sauce. Noteworthy main courses include smoked pork loin in a bourbon sauce with spoon bread, bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin with a flavorful Black Butte porter demi-glace, and butternut squash ravioli paired with roasted radicchio and lemon-sage butter. On the dessert menu, don't miss the white chocolate bread pudding baptized with caramel sauce.
