Pickwick & Frolic Restaurant Description:
Pickwick & Frolic is many things to many people: an after-work hangout, sports bar, comedy club, cabaret, restaurant and martini lounge. The building itself boasts a restaurant and bar at street-level, a martini lounge and cabaret theater below and a subterranean comedy club. The eatery itself is welcoming, with intimate seating options scattered throughout. The concept is casual and affordable, and the portions are huge. Start with the hearth oven-fired breads with olive tapenade, red pepper aïoli and hummus. Move on to any of the flatbreads (our favorite is the chipotle barbecue chicken). The lower-level martini bar, Kevin's, has a James Bond-in-Monte-Carlo vibe and offers martini creations and a limited menu.
