Flannery's anchors Cleveland's East Fourth Street neighborhood serving up brews, stews and Irish specialties including Guinness-battered whitefish, deep-fried to a golden brown and served with french fries, coleslaw and a side of tartar sauce. Shepherd's pie and Irish boxty round out the Irish menu choices, while hearty American fare---wraps, burgers and sandwiches---abound. The pub specializes in Emerald Isle beer, but other imported suds and single malts also are available.
