Asian favorites such as Singapore noodles are displayed under a bright green pagoda-shaped awning. Hearty Heartland cuisine, including turkey Tetrazzini and black-eyed peas, is served under a canopy crafted with corrugated-box material. Kids of all ages like to fill the dessert station's ice cream cones--with vanilla and chocolate frozen yogurt---and help themselves to the traditional pies and cakes.
