If you thought there was nothing new that could be done within the walls of a Mexican restaurant, may we suggest an industrial strength tangerine margarita? On another visit one may find flavors ranging from pineapple to satsuma to carrot juice. Although irresistible, the margaritas and mojitos (try the pomegranate variety) are nothing more than a prelude to traditional tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, enchiladas, tamales and burritos. If you're feeling slightly more adventurous, take the spicy leap to sautéed red snapper with a creamy pico de gallo, or the grilled center-cut pork chop in a mushroom and chorizo sauce. And while you may not think of a Mexican restaurant for lamb chops, the imported New Zealand chops here are dressed in a red mole sauce and served with garlic whipped potatoes.
