Emma's Pizza Description:
Pizza spot which started as a tiny neighborhood place on Huron Ave., and later moved to the current larger location. Emma's is known for very thin crusts and gourmet toppings. Sandwiches and salads are also available.
A mix of Cambridge denizens frequent Emma's for its pizzas where the secret is in the crust: wafer thin, cracker-crunchy and faintly sweet. Cheeses include Gorgonzola, smoked mozzarella and ricotta, while the gourmet toppings---think red-bliss potato slices, thyme-roasted mushrooms and even dried cranberries---number in the dozens.
