Outtake Bistro Description:
After ten years, this Valley favorite (previously known as Out Take Café) relocated to a roomier, more comfortable space with the smart look of a casual bistro. The place specializes in interesting, well-prepared food at prices that are hard to find. In addition to its signature $1 salad with the cost of an entrée, appetizers include solid soups (borscht or vegetable won ton), crab cakes with rémoulade and wonderful potato vareniki (Ukranian dumplings) with caramelized onions and crème fraîche. For entrées, guests choose between pastas, beef bourguignon, braised lamb shank or red snapper in lobster cream.
