True, coffee does not grow in Virginia, but the owner has taken pains to source the seasonal coffee beans from organic growers, and everything else on the menu---from the local honeys to the all-natural sweeteners---is aimed at promoting health in a holistic manner. While a bit pricey, salads and sandwiches are made fresh daily, and you can even get your beverage (probably not the coffee) laced with such supplements as bee pollen.
