Went for lunch a couple of days back and thought I would share the experience...
Unfortunately, this place is right next door to a major construction site, so the outside noise is terrible. But from seeing the number of people in Khai Thai during lunch, I am not sure if it has affected their business at all.
I got seated after about 5 minutes of waiting and ordered a drink which promptly came. I ordered one of the lunch specials (I think Pad Eggplant) and I got a surprise salad starter along with a spring roll and the meal, all fresh, clean and very tasty.
Overall, a nice lunch experience. It would never be considered a five star restaurant, but it was a good place to go. The only thing lacking was the service, which was not very versed in English and not incredibly attentive, but that may have been a lunch time crowd issue...

when i first walked in, i felt like i am actually in thailand ! the decor was amazing . it's classy . the waitresses are very nice too . i had been here a couple times for lunch and dinner . lunch combo usually costs around $12, which is not bad at all considering you are having authentic thai food . dinner is good too but i find the services a bit slow . as usual, i always go for the shrimp Pad Thai . Yes, it is so good ! I also decided to try out their BBQ chicken . Yes, it is excellent too ! I highly recommend khai thai cuisine to all oriental cuisine lovers .
