Sinbad's Restaurant Description:
Sinbad's serves pan-Arabian cuisine in a bright, sun-lit, hookah-adorned dining room and modest patio.
Both pita-wrapped sandwiches, such as fried eggplant, falafel, and shawerma, and full dinner plates combining a meat or vegetarian entrée with hummus, rice, and salad are available all day, in addition to a daily special, usually a slow-cooked meat dish.
Desserts range from the familiar baklava to exotic creations involving sweet cheese and rosewater. No beer or wine are served, but sage tea, Arab-style coffee, and plain or mango lassi supplement the usual soft drinks and iced tea.
