Red Mill Burgers Description:
Locals have been known to drive 30 minutes and wait in line for one of Red Mill's juicy burgers, served on toasted sesame seed buns and topped with Red Mill's "secret sauce," a delectable smoky mayo. Purists will applaud the Double Bacon Deluxe, a truly huge whopper. We veer toward the Verde Burger, available in veggie, chicken or beef versions, each topped with freshly-roasted Anaheim peppers. The cornmeal battered onion rings flecked with thyme, cumin and cayenne also rank high on our list of comfort foods, along with the classic shakes in multiple flavors. You can eat in or order your food pack to-go, but don't count on a table at rush hour---which is most of the day.
