A meal at Okina offers a primer in Zen. Don’t look for any fancy rolls here. You won’t find tempura or even miso soup. It’s simply sushi-wonderful sushi. Chef-owner Akio Matsuoka’s dedication to simplicity is apparent in the sparse yet tasteful décor: traditional Japanese light wood and paper, clean and organic.
