This place really isn’t a Russian tearoom-it’s actually a full-service restaurant serving Russian home-style favorites lightened with a Californian touch. Look for excellent smoked salmon, tender blini with salmon caviar and cabbage stuffed with beef and rice. Katia’s is located on a sunny corner with windows that look out on the neighborhood.
