But feel free to veer off the egg theme and enjoy the fluffy Belgian waffles with strawberries, ham-and-cheese croissant, or (gasp) order one of the nicely done hamburgers. Be prepared to wait on weekend mornings as the locals come out in droves. Dinner includes a reasonably priced filet mignon plus chicken Parmesan, salmon Florentine and linguine with clams.
