A venture of local restaurateur Randy Paragary, Cosmo Café is part of the Cosmopolitan entertainment complex, featuring a theater and nightclub. The restaurant is designed as mid-century modern, with a black-and-white tiled floor, dark wood paneled walls and lively lime green upholstery. The menu features modern takes on American classics. Starters include seared sea scallops with smoked ham hocks and pulled pork sliders. Entrées include corned beef and cabbage, house-smoked sausage with polenta and a Reuben sandwich with Gruyère.
