Spiced Right Rib House Description:
From the original Spiced Right in Lilburn, the same recipes are followed for the topnotch barbecue and sides, but here the focus is on ribs and birds, that is, chicken available in either quarters or halves. Sandwiches are key, including the rib sandwich, a Southern specialty that some novices try to eat with a knife and fork. Do not miss the corn soufflé, and the fresh-tasting Brunswick stew is about as good as it gets these days. Prices are just a notch higher here, in deference to the real estate values, but still very reasonable. Live blues starts at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
