Fogon Saint-Julien Description:
In 2006, Alberto Herraiz left his restaurant near Notre-Dame-de-Paris to install himself some hundreds of meters farther in a larger dining room, with a warmly colored pop décor. For the rest, nothing has changed and so much the better. A clientele of heterogeneous night birds continue to enjoy themselves with the two menus (at €40 and €45), one composed of about a dozen inspired tapas, the other dedicated to rice. Go and taste their assortment of gazpachos, their rice in paella, their Iberian ham croquettes and their superb tapas, salted or sweet. Fine and elegant preparations to drink to with pretty Spanish wines. A la carte €40.
