Morton's Of Chicago Description:
At this Palm Desert location of the nationwide steakhouse chain, the steaks are the same aged Prime you'll find elsewhere, complete with tableside presentation. We love the meat, but you may also want to start with a jumbo lump crab meat cocktail or broiled sea scallops wrapped in bacon. The soufflés must be ordered in advance and, while chocolate is a favorite, there's also Grand Marnier and raspberry and lemon for a lighter touch. In addition to Morton's core wine list, Palm Desert general manager Mitch Steinman has added local favorites; whites are predictably outnumbered by reds.
