Wood floors and warm colors give the place an earthy vibe, with glass art and bright aquariums for an under-the-sea ambience. There's a daily selection of fish, from Florida's Ponce Inlet grouper to seared tuna. Sample the fresh catch in the refreshing seafood cocktail, or a decadent crispy almond fried lobster. Or make a hearty meal with bouillabaisse that brims with lobster, king crab, shrimp and fish. Asian influences appear in such dishes as the seared Szechuan-pepper-crusted tuna and halibut with a mirin-wasabi glaze.
