If you're hungry for a steak dinner with Texas pizzazz, this chain gets the job done. If it's culinary originality you seek, this isn't the place. In Lone Star's defense, however, the large, juicy steaks and bacon and blue cheese-topped burgers arrive sans pretension and they're pretty good. If beef doesn't appeal, there are chicken and seafood options as well. But whatever you order, include the thick, hot and salty wedges of potatoes (steak fries) on the side and conclude your meal with the brownie fudge sundae.
