The Purple Onion Description:
Offers ethnically inspired dishes with an emphasis on healthful cuisine in Downtown Saluda with outdoor dining available. Menu highlights include pizzas, local trout, organically grown fruits and veggies, and vegetarian dishes.
Thursday and Saturday nights are music nights. The summer also features Wednesday night Jazz.
Thanks to a funky local statute, they have a special license to serve beer and wine in an otherwise dry county.
