NO refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases
NO outside concessions allowed

Lost / Stolen Tickets: There is NO replacement of tickets for general admission shows.

Ticket Limits: There is a (10) ticket limit per person per event. Please check individual event for verification. Group sales must be handled by House of Blues Box Office Manager. Arrangements MUST be made in advance. There are no discounts on tickets.
