American food with a French flair translates into dishes such as macadamia-crusted monkfish with creamed jumbo lump crab meat and corn, red wine-poached salsify and sherry-macadamia vinaigrette; and wood-grilled porterhouse for two with truffle-scented mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and a Cabernet reduction sauce. Stage Left also features a very fine selection of unusual, small estate wines.
