Problem deciding what to eat? Dine at Daryl Wine Bar & Restaurant where you can pick and choose, switch and substitute to your heart's content. Each dish can be served for one or half a dozen. If you like to share, an especially good choice is David's bouillabaisse, a notable version of the famous French seafood stew served over toasted bread slathered with rouille. The menu's accent is international but heavily influenced by Spanish and Latino sensibilities with selections such as arepas con queso---a Dominican fried cornmeal bread filled with American steelhead caviar and crème fraîche. If you have a taste for the exotic, the "coca," a Spanish-style pizza, comes to the table loaded with tapenade, caramelized onions, piquillo peppers and Mahon cheese. Desserts are appealing, and the dessert wine and after-dinner drink list is impressive. In addition to the extensive list of wines by the glass, the restaurant is attached to a wine boutique with more than 550 bottles, which can be purchased and enjoyed at the restaurant, or taken home.
