Chef Margot McCormack has enjoyed success for a long while at her restaurant Margot, and just around the corner in East Nashville her brunch-breakfast-lunch spot, Marché, offers the same dedication to organic and local ingredients at a lower price point. Sit-up-straight French press coffee, Tennessee-grown organic salads and the savory crêpes are a boon to foodies and families alike. Lunch and dinner feature seasonally inspired soups and entrées, as well as simple, rustic choices such as house-crafted potato gnocchi with spinach and crème fraîche or a mushroom-Gruyère omelet. Classic sweets like crème brûlée are fine finishes to the meal. The wine selection is limited and largely serves as a teaser for what's in store at Margot, though a Bellini here and there never hurt anybody.
