l'Orchidee de Chine is a place that is in a class of its own when speaking about quality chinese restaurants. I've been coming to this restaurant since it opened and the food is always amazing. This is the only real fancy chinese restaurant in Montreal. I recommend the following dishes: beef and black bean sauce, pepper chicken with crispy spinach (a MUST), perking duck, peanut-butter dumplings, and the Chilean sea bass --> ALL are amazing. Make a reservation. If you want to impress or want fine dining chinese style, this is the only place to consider in Montreal.
