Oceano Bistro Description:
Any waterway you can imagine is represented on Oceano's menu, from Ozark streams (rainbow trout) to the coast of Fiji (wahoo). Each seafood preparation receives the same outside-the-box treatment, with interesting marinades and sauces, when appropriate, and sides like asparagus-corn-lemon risotto or a bacon-potato-arugula cake to complement the flavor. Unlike some other Clayton venues, this is no hipster happy hour; all ages arrive for the piscatorial possibilities. Sunday à la carte brunch is an opportunity to try many of the dinner menu dishes plus tasty options like eggs Benedict "Oscar" with a fine crab hollandaise. The Guest Chef Dinner Series, charity fundraisers featuring a different local restaurateur each month, are planned---and reserved---well in advance.
