Momoyama's Description:
What was once Yoshi Aoki's eponymous restaurant is now under different ownership. As Momoyama's, it retains the chefs, the staff and the menu of its former self. It's too early to say whether it will remain a sushi destination. The test will be in the appetizers, items like a warm whitefish carpaccio with ponzu sauce or sashimi salad, all of which are best ordered tapas-style with plenty of sushi. Service can be haphazard when the place is full, but the wait has always been worthwhile.
