Scared of sushi? Start with the Tornado, a deep-fried tempura roll stuffed with smoked salmon, crab and cream cheese. Traditional sushi fans will delight in Bluefin's large roll menu, as well as the added option of fresh grated Japanese wasabi root. Pizzas stray from the ordinary cheese-and-pepperoni variety with tandoori chicken pizza and tuna tataki pizza (seared tuna, Roma tomato, Japanese barbecue sauce and fried garlic). Bluefin offers several brands of saké (both hot and cold).
