Ladle Description:
Ladle is a small takeout or eat-in soup-focused restaurant. The owner/chef is Erik Desjarlais, who formerly ran a fine dining restaurant called Bandol (closed 2006). Up to six daily soups are offered in three different sizes, along with a piece of baguette.
It is located on the basement level, in the same building as Starbucks on Exchange Street. The decor is basic but comfortable.
