Italian food-lovers who enjoy the atmosphere at Ago in L.A. and Miami but faint at the prices turn to Sor Tino, Ago's Brentwood sibling and a Tuscan trattoria. It is more approachable---and more hospitable to non-celebrity guests---serving rustic Italian fare. Start with a baby artichoke salad, perhaps, or one of the crisp pizzas from the wood hearth. That oven also turns out a moist and rosemary-scented roasted rabbit, rack of lamb and a tasty sea bass with tomatoes, potatoes and onions. Sor Tino substitutes a Fontina-filled pork chop for beef in its bistecca a la Fiorentina. But the chefs go by the book for the light, tender Milanese.
