Hide Sushi Description:
Considering the bamboo trim and Japanese tchotchkes, this Sawtelle sushi bar could easily blend into Tokyo. The beer is not always served as cold as it should be and the sushi is not as refined as it is at more upscale places, but the quality is good and the service is efficient. One thing is certain---the low prices can't be beat. We wish they had edamame and we warn against the bitter, radish sprout and cucumber salad, but if you're craving inexpensive and simply prepared fish, Hide is a good Westside option.
