Aurora Description:
This longtime, diminutive Soho restaurant is one of those increasingly rare restaurants: unpretentious, jolly, reasonable food, good value and in central London. And in the summer there's a small walled garden at the back. The short menu offers the likes of grilled polenta with artichokes, tomatoes, olives, rocket and Parmesan, as well as Chinese and Mediterranean (especially North African) dishes. Service is pleasant, but not the fastest, despite the policy of two dinner seatings.
