Welcome to this high energy, old-fashioned steakhouse that, looking like 1940s Chicago or Miami, is the upscale brainchild of the Lone Star chain. Named for the boxing champion of the last century, John L. Sullivan, the restaurant is decorated with sports photos and memorabilia. Less expensive does not mean less flavor. The 20-ounce, bone-in sirloin strip is a treat, and all entrées include a crisp wedge of iceberg lettuce with blue cheese dressing. Side orders of vegetables, particularly the hashed browns, are all good, and the wine list and-or martinis are first-rate. Kudos, too, for the well-orchestrated staff. Cap off a trip to the King of Prussia Mall with dinner, or make Sullivan's a destination in and of itself.
