Nestled in the Key West seaport, Conch Republic is an attractive open-air citadel of seafood luring mostly tourists and a few locals. This dazzling raw bar features a wide array of oysters and pounds of peel-and-eat shrimp. Graze endlessly on stone crab claws, sold by the pound during stone crab season, and, of course, you'll want to try the conch here, available as chowder, fritters, and Bahamian cracked conch with Key lime mustard. Wash the little fellas down with a Key West Lager, a flavorful pale ale with a Pinot Blanc bouquet. Finally, taste the Caribbean-inspired version of oysters Rockefeller, Oysters Callaloo, freshly shucked oysters topped with the tasty island greens (called callaloo) and served with roasted garlic. Pair any dish with a cocktail made with one of restaurant's 80 brands of rum.
