Classic stews, pan roasts and bisques are prepared traditionally by slow roasting the shellfish---oysters, clams, mussels and lobster---and adding them to vegetable broth with cream and sherry. A ten-ounce filet nuzzles up to a ten-ounce lobster tail in the Berlin's surf 'n' turf dinner. Martinis are absolutely outrageous---as in oversize and potent---with price tags to match.
