Here's where you can have all of the grilled red meat---and poultry---you can handle, while enjoying a huge, multi-cultured salad bar that's a meal in itself. With a two-sided disc, you set the pace for how quickly or leisurely you want the gaucho chefs to carve different cuts of meat tableside. In stoplight fashion, the green means keep it coming, while the red side signals you're taking a respite from the speared leg of lamb, pork loin, and bacon-wrapped steak or sausages cooked over an open flame grill. Throughout the meal, servers offer hot side dishes such as whipped potatoes, fried bananas and warm bread. Wherever you're seated, you can admire the beautiful dark woods, murals and open concept that still allows for private nooks of seating. Wines and desserts are not included in the set cost of the meal, but that shouldn't stop you from selecting Brazilian-style cocktails or South American vinos.
