Select from the list of house specialties starting with an appetizer of Thai dumplings; rice tarts filled with mushrooms, vegetables and pork and served with ginger sauce; or crispy sea rolls that you roll yourself with cool lettuce leaves, bean sprouts, cilantro and a fiery special house sauce for dipping. From there, move on to stir-fried chicken, beef or pork, with roasted red peppers; shrimp or squid---or both---in a hot, spicy curry sauce; or crispy red snapper topped with triple-flavor sauce. Nit Noi has even more fun with its "Off the Menu" menu, which also leans heavily on fresh seafood items that are sometimes paired with chicken or beef.
