When it comes to the food, count on a family trait of freshness, value and culinary skill. Don't pass on the house salad with its famous Parmesan dressing, a great starter. For pasta, we like the pappardelle Campagnolo, wide ribbon pasta with Italian sausage, sweet pepper, caprino cheese and pomodoro; or the rigatoni alla Norma, with sautéed eggplant and ricotta cheese.
