Go for the dramatic paella del Meson, the Spanish saffron rice dish baked with chicken, sausage, lobster, shrimp, fish and mussels. Purists like the simple red snapper, pan-fried with garlic and olive oil. If you must eat Mexican food at a Cuban restaurant, try the chicken mole, smothered in mole-poblano sauce.
