The natural flavors of our dough, sauce, and quality toppings; are enhanced by the fire in our stone-hearth oven, giving our signature personal sized pizza a distinct taste.
Our focaccia dough is prepared daily using our proprietary recipe, and is fire-baked in our stone-hearth oven. The focaccia bread is used to make hot-pressed paninis stuffed with the highest quality meat, cheese, and vegetables. The satisfying and crispy paninis offer a hearty and healthy alternative to ordinary sandwiches.
The combination of high quality olive oil, vinegar, juice, fresh herbs and spices create a variety of refreshing salad dressings and vinaigrettes.
