This family vacation resort is convenient to casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping at Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall or Destin Commons, and all the Emerald Coasts many attractions. The resort features spacious and beautifully decorated condominium apartments with stunning Gulf views. This resort features a multi level indoor/outdoor pool heated from October to March, as well as cascading waterfalls and hot tubs for relaxing. All guests must check in next door at 11125 US Highway 98 West, Miramar Beach, Florida, 32550 Surfside Resort. Check in office will be open Monday through Friday 9am 5pm.From the check in location guests will receive their keys, other check in material, as well as driving directions to the ResortQuest Majestic Sun. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless occupied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.Those making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
