Crystal Village Condominiums Description:
Crystal Village features a large pool located in the middle of the community. Grilling areas are available for our guests throughout the property. All units are 2 bedroom, 2 bath located only a few blocks from the beach. These uniquely designed two story units all face the pool so you can watch the kids play from the comfort of your own balcony. Everything you need is so close too. The celebrated white sand beaches and crystal waters are just a few blocks down the road where you can enjoy private beach access. Family Rentals Only No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unless unaccompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction at check in. Evictions will forfeit all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. Check in location is the Newman Daily Corporate office at 12815 Highway 98 West, Suite 10 in Miramar Beach.
