Start with a fresh, fruity smoothie such as the Fiberry---it's loaded with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and wheat germ for keeping us young at heart. Baked on-site, the muffins, cookies and scones make this restaurant an essential stop whenever we're shopping at the Galleria and there's a need for a sweet boost. Lunchtime is usually packed with people looking for a fresh alternative to the drive-thru. We like the almond-tuna salad or the natural bison burger when we're in the health-minded lunch mode. Dinner can be easy and guilt-free; grilled salmon with mango salsa or homey turkey meatloaf are two of note.
