Try the signature lobster bisque before moving on to bacon-wrapped duck breast or Gorgonzola-stuffed shrimp balsamico. Linguine with a fresh basil pesto, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts and aged balsamic is a winner, too. Steaks are generally solid, as is the prosciutto-wrapped Alaskan halibut with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed organic greens and lemon beurre blanc.
