Hibiscus Description:
Hibiscus is a funny cross between a steakhouse and a nightclub; the back bar gets rocking late in the evening. Portions are huge, so feel free to share. Prime beef and seafood is served in various permutations: grilled, wood-roasted or pan-seared. Options include the Prime Strip Brick, a huge 18-ounce bone-in sirloin slathered in roasted garlic butter, and the two-plus-pound roasted lobster served with a soy-and-citrus-infused butter. Deep dish mac 'n' cheese, made with a combination of mild and spicy cheeses, is the must-have side. If you can still manage dessert, go with the old-school ice box pit with an Oreo crust---makes you want to go back to kindergarten.
