Worthington Inn features the critically acclaimed Seven Stars fine dining restaurant (see Related Link).
Executive chef Thomas Smith has created a diverse menu of innovative meat, seafood and pasta dishes. Start with the seafood sauté---clams, shrimp, crab meat, cornmeal Johnny cake and herbaceous white wine sauce. Among entrées, you can't go wrong with the roasted Canadian salmon with fennel-honey crust, roasted potatoes, sautéed spinach and Dijon-caviar cream. At meal's end, there's warm apple and bourbon crêpes with butterscotch cream and caramel sauce. The wine list is extensive, if pricey. The serving crew includes some old pros.
