Snarf's Description:
For more than ten years, this Boulder sandwich shop on the Pearl Street Mall has been satiating the stomachs of collegians, hippies, tourists and everyone in between with its sandwiches stacked to the rafters with high-quality ingredients and all the requisite accouterments. Assembled on French bread, they come in familiar unions like roast and provolone and more unusual combinations like artichoke, feta and provolone or prime rib and provolone. All the sandwiches are toasted under the broiler, the results of which yield melty cheese and bread that's always crisp. Offered in a trio of sizes---novice, snarf and pro---the subs are accompanied by a pickle, although potato salad, macaroni salad and chips are offered as additional sides. For dessert, try one of the malts or milkshakes.
