General Rules:

All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to show time.

Cameras and recording devices of any kind are not permitted in the building.

By law, smoking in all areas of The Chicago Theatre is prohibited.

For the comfort, safety and security of all patrons, backpacks and other large items are not allowed into the theatre. All such items must be checked for a nominal fee.

Driving direction to The Chicago Theatre Downstairs:
From Lake Shore Drive, exit at Randolph Street. Follow Randolph west to State Street. The theatre is on State Street between Randolph and Lake.

From the Kennedy/Dan Ryan (I90/94) Expressways, exit at Lake Street. Follow Lake east to State Street. The Theatre is on State Street between Lake and Randolph.
