Irazu Description:
The seating is limited, the pace is fast and the Costa Rican fare is sensational. Burritos go beyond the usual Mexican interpretation, and so do the tacos. But the dish to have is the pork chops with rice and beans. Other highlights include grilled skirt steak with yellow rice and pintos and deep-fried pork with yucca and cabbage salad. Prices are rock bottom (go ahead, try and spend $20 here). The tropical fruit shakes are as refreshing as the crowd is eclectic, and the take-out business is brisk.
